Location: Juneau, AK
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (may require slight paid overtime every now and then)
Rate: $12.00 Per Hour + Medical
This is for an account associate.
This means that they will be handling specific accounts for our client in Juneau.
REQUIRED: Good customer service skills .
REQUIRED: Computer skills needed. Microsoft Office Skills needed
REQUIRED: Need reliable transportation.
Can be trained on Copier so experience is a plus but not required.
Must build end user relationship.
Will be responsible for managing the account by fielding service calls, ordering supplies, managing the supplies, conducting meter reads, aiding with training the customer, and visiting customer sights doing some preventative copier maintenance (clean copier windows, etc).
Will be given a cell phone to use. Need reliable transportation. Will rarely be in office but will be out visiting customer sights.
Will be reimbursed at $.31 per mile
Must be self motivated as they will be "free" of direct supervisor as they take care of their clients.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Copier Care
This position provides service to companies utilizing our Clients products. This person would be responsible for going around to printers and copiers within a given area and servicing those products. The job would entail loading paper, clearing jams, changing toner, providing preventive maintenance, doing light repairs and other like duties. A person working as a Copier Care Representative will be required to have some entry level/light technical skills. Will also be responsible for escalating issues to Technicians as required.
